We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Client Services team. 
The role is to deliver professional services to our Harris Fraser clients.

Responsibilities of Job:
- Deliver quality client services for existing clients
- Explore cross sell or up sell opportunities
- Follow up and handle client enquires
- Support and expand on all HF client relationship program initiatives
- Take up ad hoc projects as required

Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or Degree holder
- You are self-motivated and can take the initiative
- Have at least two years experience in Finance, Banking or Insurance Industry in dealing with the public or with clients
- Have passed IIQE 1, 3 & 5 or licensed with SFC, HKFI or PIBA/CIB - an advantage.
- Must be fluent in spoken / written English & Chinese. Mandarin an advantage.
- Good telephone, computer and interpersonal skills
- Able to serve the clients independently in a professional manner
