| Open interest |
The total number of option and future contracts that have not been exercised, closed out, or allowed to expire. |

A company’s total income before interests and taxes that earned from its operation. |

An contract allowing the investor to buy or sell securities. |

A situation in which the striking price is above the market price of the underlying stock for a call, or the striking price is below the market price of the underlying stock for a put. |
