Accounts payable	應付帳項：一家公司用信貸購買商品和服務後將要支付的款項。
Accounts receivable	應收帳項：企業出售商品或提供服務所應收而未收的款項。
American depository receipts (ADRs)	美國預託證券：擁有於美國交易的海外股票所有權的證券。
American option	美式期權：一種可以在到期日或之前行使的期權。
Annual percentage rate (APR)	年度百分率：指定時期的利率乘以一年內的時期數目。
Annual report	年報：提供給股東的年度財務報告。
Arbitrage	套戥：從差價中獲利的交易。
Asked price	賣方報價：賣方願意出售證券或資產的價格。
Asset allocation	資產分配：將投資資金分配到不同的投資工具和市場上。
Assets	資產：法律實體或個人所擁有或虧欠的財產。
At-the-money	平價：期權行使價相等於該投資工具的現價。
Auction market	拍賣市場：所有交易者聚集在一起買賣資產的一個市場。
Balance of payments	國際收支差額：一國貨幣在外匯市場上的供求差額。
Balance of payments accounts	國際收支平衡表：記錄兩國交易情況的報表。
Balance of trade	貿易差額：貨物進口與出口的差額。
