Assistant Accounting Officer

Central Office

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties
  • Familiar in Payments and/ or Receipts, accounting entries and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement and cash management
  • Handling monthly commission calculations and payments
  • Support ad-hoc assignment as required 

Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 3, or above
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Detail-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Experienced in handling Peachtree is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
