Eligibility
- Be under 55 years old
- You and/ or your spouse have assets of at least AUD 1,250,000
- At least AUD 750,000 business turnover in each of 2 out of 4 fiscal years before you apply
- Score at least 65 in the Point Test
- Invest at least AUD 200,000 of assets in your business in Australia
- Have an annual business turnover of AUD 300,000 within 2 years

- Your spouse
- Your children aged under 18 years, or aged 18 to 23 years and dependent on the main applicant
